What We Collect

When you submit a form on this site, sign up for HypnoChat, book a Challenge session via Koalendar, or otherwise interact with askawizardmagic.com, we may collect your name, email address, and phone number. We only collect what you provide.

Automatic Data

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-3Q3HM25Q91) and a Facebook Pixel (ID: 3275396422708238). These tools collect standard browsing data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate location. They do this through cookies placed on your device. We also use Cloudflare for site performance and security, which processes traffic data automatically.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to deliver what you signed up for, send emails through Mailchimp, improve this site, and run ads on Google and Meta. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third Parties

We work with the following services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — site traffic analysis
• Meta / Facebook — ad targeting and conversion tracking
• Mailchimp — email delivery
• Koalendar — Challenge session booking
• Cloudflare — site performance, security, and form processing
• Anthropic — powers the HypnoChat AI tool

When you use HypnoChat, your conversation may be processed by Anthropic's systems. We do not store conversation transcripts on our end.

Social Media

Ask a Wizard posts content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X. If you engage with that content, those platforms collect engagement data according to their own privacy policies. We may review aggregate metrics (views, saves, comments) to understand what content is useful. We do not collect personal data from social media unless you contact us directly through those platforms.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics, ad targeting, and session management. Analytics cookies (Google) and ad targeting cookies (Meta) persist across sessions. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly if you do.

Your Rights

If you are a California or Nevada resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request that we delete it, and opt out of any sale of your data (we do not sell data). To exercise any of these rights, email thewizard@askawizardmagic.com. We will respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Check back periodically if you want to stay current.
